The hotel ambiance was lovely, and the staff was genuinely welcoming. Our room had ample space for our family to unwind after a long day.

However, upon arrival, we faced a major hitch—no crib available for our toddler, despite confirming weeks prior. It made our night quite challenging.

Noise from the adjacent rooms, hallways, and floor above made sleep a challenge. you can practically hear everything happening around you. The shower lacked a door, resulting in cold drafts unless you were standing directly under the water. There was a surprising absence of a microwave in the room, which could have added convenience for late-night snacks. I also expected breakfast to be included, but instead, it turned out to be an additional cost, which was disappointing.

The hotel was exquisitely decorated and maintained, making it a delightful place for my family. The lobby is warm and inviting, with a lovely ambiance that truly allows for easy navigation, even for seniors like myself.

More seating options in common areas would help.

The location is ideal for those traveling west, situated in a safe area. The staff's friendliness stood out. they consistently greeted me warmly, which made my check-in experience pleasant. Unfortunately, there was limited seating in common areas, which felt cramped at times. Although food options are available, it would be nice to see more variety beyond what's currently offered.

The staff were super friendly, noticed me every time I walked by. The front desk made check-in smooth, but the room design was confusing. The bathroom door nearly hit the toilet! Plus, it's really quiet but also kinda isolated. I did enjoy the bar area for a casual hangout, just wish the rooms were better planned.
